The Ultra Clear™ TP ED series comes with an electronic dispenser (ED) allowing precise and volume-controlled dispensing of your ultra pure water for flows up to 2 l/min.
The software is intuitive and makes dispensing easy without any delay. A printer and Modbus interface integrates the data transfer into your existing system.
THE TWF MODELS
The Ultra Clear TP ED TWF is an ultrapure water system available with all options, which is connected directly to the drinking water network (Tap Water Feed).
The reverse osmosis stage works extremely water-saving with a recovery rate of > 30 %. The following ion exchange module (DI) provides water with < 2 µS/ cm from the tank.
Wall mounted or bench system with TOC monitoring producing ultrapure water with a conductivity of 18.2 MOhm-cm (0.055 µS/cm) and TOC < 1-5 ppb. Potable tap water fed unit, saving space by combining reverse osmosis a tank and the technologies of an ultra-pure water system in a single unit.
The unit consists of:
Pure water production reverse-osmosis / DI (Deionization):
1 inlet solenoid valve for potable tap water
1 reverse osmosis (RO) pump
1 pre-treatment module AMB for filtration and removal of chlorine with activated carbon to protect RO-module
1 pressure sensor to monitor system pressure and protect the pump from running dry
1 RO-module with spiral TFC-membrane
1 temperature compensated permeate water conductivity sensor (SS TI, C=0.2)
1 quality dependent solenoid valve
1 pre-treatment module DTO, pressure resistant, filled with high quality mixed bed resin
1 temperature compensated pure water conductivity sensor (SS 316 TI, C=0.1)
30l polyethylene permeate tank with:
1 3/4" outlet to connect to i.e. laboratory washers
1 level sensor (4-20 mA)
1 CO2 trap and vent filter
1 254nm UV lamp (2.8 W) for disinfection
1 pure water dispense tap
1 overflow including contamination barrier
Ultrapure water production:
1 flow turbine to recognize volume dispensed
1 recirculation pump, (automatic speed reduction when water is not being dispensed)
1 UV oxidation lamp 254/185 nm. The UV lamp is is surrounded by high quality quartz glass for TOC reduction, and disinfection.
1 temperature compensated conductivity sensor (SS 316 TI, C=0.1, 0.1º intervals at 25ºC), monitoring TOC
1 polishing module MFIIID, filled with high quality synthetic activated carbon, mixed bed resin in semi-conductor quality and adsorbed resin.
1 solenoid valve for module rinsing and temperature control
1 temperature compensated conductivity sensor (SS 316 TI, C=0.1, 0.1º intervals at 25ºC)

1 Electronical dispenser PVDF, dead leg free, fully integrated in the recirculation loop and electronic recognition when in standby mode
