Advanced 21 CFR Part 11 with electronic signatures for model: HX
All data can be downloaded through USB-Stick as PDF and/or CSV (Excel) file. Both, PDF and CSV files, will have an electronic signature that refers to the autoclave that has generated the files and that shows whether the files are valid (not manipulated). Any manipulation of the files will make them invalid immediately which is directly indicated on the relevant electronic signature.
- incl. Advanced User Control with either a common program list for all users or individual program lists. Additionally, to all users a role can be assigned (such as user, operator, supervisor, administrator and more). All actions, programs and settings that a role should be allowed to carry out or customize can be defined to individual requirements.
- incl. AuditTrail to track record all actions, customizations and alarms to a date, time and user.
- incl. up to five fields for electronic signing of the PDF and/or CSV files on a PC (or any other device capable to run a PDF or CSV viewer that can handle electronic signatures).
