Bioreactor 15 l all-glass reactor Glass reactor for incubation of microorganisms and cells made from chemically resistant borosilicate glass with highest durability. All parts in contact with the media are made of glass or PTFE/PP. The bioreactor is completely autoclavable at 121°C. Integrated connections in the lid closure made of PTFE. Gas supply via gas supply tube with 200 ym filter cartridge. Exhaust air filtration via external PTFE filter. Sampling and reactor emptying via siphon tube. Connection for electronic temperature sensor. Standard reactor connections included: 3 *passages for sensors ( Ph, conductivity) or media additives (foaming agent, acid, alkali etc.). 1 *large inoculation nozzle. 1 *basic set of feed-through and screwed sealing connections. The culture is mixed with a heated magnetic stirrer.(not included). Baffles integrated into the walls prevent the liquid as a whole from rotating evenly.
