The housing is pressure tested with up to 75 psig (5.0 bar) of pressure. The filters are designed with a Female Luer Lok inlet and Male Luer Slip outlet. CA (Cellulose Acetate) syringe filters are purpose-built with features designed to bring the highest levels of performance and purity to your research. The CA syringe filters are suitable for the filtration of aqueous solutions. Cellulose Acetate combines high flow rates and thermal stability with very low absorption characteristics. They are nitrate free and therefore suitable for groundwater filtration. CA syringe filters are mostly used for aqueous sample filtration and filtration of some organic solvents.
