From 01 Dec.2010, it is mandatory that all substances are classified and labeled pursuant to GHS. The world-wide harmonization is based on the United Nations „Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of  Chemicals“ (GHS) for classification and labeling of sustances. As a consequence, the differences in the regulations on transport of hazardous goods and in the regulations for handling hazardous goods no longer apply.
